A local group I belong to, the Published Writers of Rossmoor, is dedicated to promoting literary writing in our area. Recently, our tradition of spotlighting a “Featured Author of the Month” had faded away. However, with the publication of my two new novels, the group’s enthusiasm for recognizing outstanding writers has been reignited. Now, there’s renewed interest in honoring a writer each month by showcasing their work on a dedicated shelf in the local library.. It’s heartening to see our community rallying behind the literary arts once again.
